I lived in a building for one year cause I had roommates and I decided to get a 1bd and the transfer process was smooth. The property staff are always willing to help, and the maintenance staff are always on top of things.

Pet Policy

We’re pleased to welcome cats and dogs of all sizes to our community. Each home may have up to two pets, with certain breed restrictions that apply.

Fees
A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet.

Breed Restrictions
The following breeds, and mixes of these breeds, are not permitted: Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Mastiff, Kugsha, and farm animals.

Requirements
Pets must have a current rabies vaccination in accordance with Maryland law.
Each pet must also be registered through Pet Screening, our third-party verification platform. A $30 per pet, per year fee applies.
