|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here And Would Recommend To Others. — I love this apartment and I think most people would as well. My only issues would be noise, which would generally be fine, but my specific upstairs neighbour is relatively loud. Under normal circumstances I'm sure noise would be close to zero as I never hear any sound from outside.

|Recommended: YesNice Place — Its a really nice place. A bit expensive but so is everywhere else now it seems. Its quite, no one really bothers us. Everything since I moved in has been working properly.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — This is my first experience living in an apartment. The staff here is very friendly, maintenance is very prompt to respond to calls. With exception of some heavy- footed neighbors above us, the transition to apartment living is less stressful because of the helpfulness of the staff.

|Recommended: YesGreens Shumaker Pond — I've been here since 2019. I've enjoyed my apartment and community. Apartment is spacious and homey. Unit was painted and new carpet installed before I moved in. Love having in unit laundry. All staff from maintenance to management are very friendly and respectful. Any requests I've had have been handled in a timely manner. I highly recommend living here. I'm very happy

|Recommended: YesLived Here Since May2020 — Moved here during peak Covid, and it been amazing. Haven’t had any issues. I lived in a building for one year cause I had roommates and I decided to get a 1bd and the transfer process was smooth. The property staff are always willing to help, and the maintenance staff are always on top of things.
